The unwinding machine is set at 33%, and the twisting speed of the twisted pair is assumed to be 1400 rpm, with a stranding distance of 10MM and a production capacity of 28 meters of wire per minute. Triple stranding is assumed to have a rotational speed of 1600 rpm, a stranding distance of 10MM, and a production capacity of 48 meters of wire per minute. Compared to the production capacity, triple stranding is 30% more than traditional stranding.
