a. Active pay-off, suitable for pay-off reel Φ 800-1000mm.

b. Shaftless active pay-off, equipped with 7.5HP German Siemens (SIEMENS) motor and 7.5HP Hipmount frequency converter.

c. The frequency converter controls the wire tension and automatically adjusts it. The wire speed is synchronized and linked with the frequency converter of the take-up host, without being limited by the speed of the wire, to avoid wire damage caused by stretching and ensure the quality of the cable.

d. Control: All electrical components are imported. Equipped with start, stop, forward rotation, and reverse control devices, it can automatically track the speed of the take-up host and control it in conjunction with the take-up machine. It can automatically stop when the wire is broken.

2. Swing arm tension frame

a. The rack is made of high-quality profile steel and welded steel plates, which is sturdy and beautiful.

b. Equipped with imported linear bearings for up and down sliding, it is convenient and flexible to swing up and down.

c. Tension wheel material: 3+4 piecesФ120 alloy aluminum, with inlet and outlet guide wheels on the left and right sides. The tension is controlled by adjusting the cylinder size or counterweight using a pneumatic valve to achieve the desired online tension, and the tension can be adjusted arbitrarily; The speed of paying off rack is automatically controlled by Potentiometer.
